Dainese Awa L1 S18, textile jacket D-Dry women

AWA L1 is the collection’s ultimate layering system garment comprised of a three-layer waterproof breathable outer shell and an insulating packable inner jacket. Both garment layers integrate TRAILKNIT seamless knitted constructions. It’s the first time Dainese introduces a knitted construction as an outer layer exposed the elements. The new AWA L1 shell features a TRAILKNIT knitted shoulder and sleeve construction that is more form fitting, since its elasticity allows it to more closely contour the body. Extra curvature was introduced into the knitted construction without seams. With the differentiated seamless knitting pattern and texture, sleeves are more elastic and more naturally respond to movement. To ensure waterproofing in the harshest alpine conditions the knitted panels were laminated with a proprietary waterproof breathable membrane and DWR treated on exposed outer fabric.
